Lara's Therapeutic Massage

When I arrived at Lara's Therapeutic Massage, I knew I had came to the right place. She is soft spoken and real. Lara asked me what was going on with my body. I loved the way Lara listened and asked further questions. I knew she was here to help me. I was surprised how relaxed I became with Lara's soft touch. She also coached me on ways to improve movement in my stiff areas. I would definitely use Lara's expertise weekly to improve my mobility and pain. Thank you, Lara. My massage was amazing.

I've had trouble with my hip and lower back for years and have been through physical therapy, painful deep tissue massages, and chiropractic care, which temporarily helped but it didn't resolve the issue. Since I've been seeing Lara I'm feeling results that are getting to the core of the problem, which is fascia and muscle tightness. Lara gave me an excellent massage. She took the time to really try to figure out my problem areas and specifically worked on them. She also gave me tips on things I could do at home to help as well.
