It was a very pleasant experience and Denise was very informative, helpful and caring.

Reception staff was cheerful and made check-in painless. Dr Byrd was very professional. She explained each part of the exam thoroughly. She went through the pros and cons of each hearing aid available. I am anxious to know my husband can hear again.

Dr. Byrd does an excellent job but the visits are spoiled by how long it takes to get an appointment. There is roughly a four month waiting period to see her. Obviously they need more help.

Dr. Byrd is AWESOME. Friendly, professional and kind. She also explained everything clearly amd helped me understand my issues and/ or possible issues. She set up follow ups for having additional tests with the ENT to make sure there aren't more issues. I HIGHLY recommend her!

The results of my initial appointment with Dr. Byrd exceeded my expectations. She instantly identified problems with my hearing aid fit and made changes in the style of ear bud and tube arrangement. Big improvement in sound volume and quality! I look forward to my next visit when she will continue making fine adjustments based on my continuing feedback.
