I have been a patient of Dr. Fix for almost 20 years. She also cared for my mother with advanced Alzheimer's. She is top notch and really knows her stuff! Do not hesitate to use this neurologist. Her office staff is very capable and responsive also! :)

This office is amazingly personable, professional, and very compassionate. The young blonde lady at the front desk (I’m sorry, I forgot your name) Is very helpful. Janice Is just the sweetest person. Patty, who did my testing goes above and beyond. Dr Fix is very compassionate and caring and listens. She takes her time and you do not feel rushed I would give more than five stars if it allowed 🥰

In April 2025, I consulted with Lara Fix, D.O., requesting that she take over my neurological care and specifically asking her to be my referral neurologist to a local facility for treatments I had been receiving for a year at a facility an hour away from home. At her request, my medical records were forwarded from two previous providers. However, despite numerous phone calls and assurances from the previous providers that my records had been sent and re-sent (at least five times, to my knowledge), Dr. Fix’s office repeatedly denied receiving the records. When they finally acknowledged receipt, Dr. Fix’s office refused to make the referral, claiming it was “unclear” how many treatment sessions I had previously received. This is preposterous. Went in there to help my elderly mother of 78 on my 86 year old father's medical examination. Received phone call from Dr. fix office to talk about my my father's condition yesterday. Wanted to get the paperwork for we could look at it and also have his other doctors look at it. Also they had taken yesterday my phone number down and billed me for his appointment and called me about it when I did not give permission for taking down my phone number permanently for his record. We had the lady there give me and my mother a hard time saying they're going to charge us at first for the record and that we had to wait 3 or 4 weeks until I proceeded to insist that we get the records today and then they wanted to charge us for the copies of the records today .This bothered me so I told the lady ins

After an initial visit for a serious neck issue I was advised to have an MRI which I did. I then finally received a call from their office simply saying they referred me to a Neurosurgeon with no explanation of diagnosis. After at least 3 more calls I have never gotten a call back ! Terrible customer service!
