Dr. Levine and nurses Yajai and Desiree did an amazing job with my wisdom teeth. All 4 out at once, minimal pain and swelling, back to normal activity within 72 hours! They also provided a very friendly and comforting environment. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

I was referred to this office for wisdom tooth removal surgery. I originally had my consultation on December 4, 2024. I arrived ten minutes early but still had to wait over 45 minutes to be seen. Additionally, I was made to pay before I even had my consultation (which may be standard but just hasn’t been my experience at other medical offices). When I was finally taken back, I felt very rushed through the x-ray process. Once the exam began, I was nervous and had many questions. I had not previously had surgery before and was worried about anesthesia, and mentioned I would prefer to be awake for my surgery. Dr. Brownsberger seemed very combative and annoyed when I expressed this, and said he would challenge anyone to try to do this surgery without me going under, and said I was free to get

I gave two stars because I like the woman I saw. I don't think she was a doctor, more like a nurse practioner (not sure how that works) because she said a Dr. needed to review all of her work and would make the final treatment plan - which was moot. I don't like to complain, but I saw them 10/24/2024. I needed to have 3 out of 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. I was told there was a 6 week turn around time (this would have been around the first week in December) for the surgical scheduler to call me. I asked the girl at check out to please let her know I wanted to have it done before the end of the year and would make arrangements for ANY day and time. Today is March 4th, and they still have yet to call back to schedule my appointment or discuss anything about my "treatment plan" other than

Awful experience, my appointment was scheduled for 2:30, 3:30 I’m finally called back. Another 20 minutes of waiting and the dr comes in for less than 2 minutes. Hands me a scripts for my dentist and leaves before any questions could be asked. Never asked about how my pain has been and nothing offered for relief till a dentist can seem me. Waited months and drove 30 minutes for this useless waste of time.

Awful customer service and overall experience with this office. I wish I could give them zero stars but that is not an option. We waited almost 4 months to have an appointment with Dr. Burke. He came highly recommended so I was willing to wait because I wanted my daughter to have the best care possible. Upon arrival, the office staff was not very friendly. I was told I needed to pay for a scan of her teeth because my dentist had used up the insurance covered scan for the benefit period. OK no problem, we pay. We are taken back about 30 minutes after our scheduled appointment time to sit in exam room. Finally a tech comes in and takes my daughter back for her scan. When she comes back I am told that the nurse practitioner will be right in to discuss the scan. I look at her and say "I though
