Inspira Urgent Care and Occupational Health Woolwich

I was seen the day after Christmas with what seen to be a full lobby of patients. I checked in online and filled out all the forms prior to arrival. Once there the line of patients moved quickly and was seen in less than 20 minutes. The nurses assistant was extremely professional and friendly. Not to mentioned she took the time to hear the symptoms and to relay them properly to the doctor on duty. By the time the doctor saw me she had a full grasp of the medical issue and how to approach treatment. I was giving full control with what course of treatment and a thorough explanation of what to do. In all I was in and out in about an hour. Amazing. Fast forward 3 days later the practice followed up to assure that the course of treatment was working and if I was feeling better. Overall a pleasa

Horrible with the wait time. Arrived at 10:45am and was still sitting after 3pm! Might as well go to the ER! Thats truly unexceptable.. Lobby had 1 person in there. Place wasnt full at all. Either nurses are lazy or they pick and choose which cases they want to see and when they want to see them! I usually have a nice experiences when it comes to urgent care like Pennsville is nice but this by far is the worst. Will surely avoid coming here ever again! Other reviews state the same about hear and I see why..

I have been here about 4 times and 3/4 times were awful. I only left here one time with feeling like the doctor heard me and wanted to treat me so I could feel better. I have asthma as well as chronic ear infections that I get rather often. The only times I have gone to this urgent care is when I am not able to get into see my primary care doctor. The one time I went there for my ears popping constantly, having fluid in my ears and dizziness. I told the nurses and doctor I get ear infections all the time and if I don’t catch them before they are a full blown infection I can’t even open my eyes or stand up. I was told I had fluid on my ears but no infection. Despite me telling them my history and my past they refused to send me over any medication or ear drops to help the pain, they simp

I want there over a week ago for a physical, lab work, fit test for N94, and urine drug screen. They took my drivers license at the front desk and when I asked for it back they refused to give it back until I was done. Of course I forgot about it and they did not give it back when I checked out. I asked them to mail it, and I was met with resistance. Finally, they said that they would mail it since I live in Wilmington, Delaware. I still have not received my drivers license. This was 10 days ago! I hope I am not the victim of identity theft. Do NOT give them your drivers license and let them hold onto it when you register! You may never get it back!

I went on a Monday afternoon & my visit went much better than expected. I'm suffer from anxiety & it takes a lot for me to seek out medical care. Everyone was very nice & helpful. The nurse & doctor (Jacklyn I think) that saw me were very compassionate and made me feel at ease. In total, my visit took less than 90 minutes, I've had normal dr. visits that have taken much longer. The wait wasn't bad at all & the waiting room is spacious so one can distance themselves from sick patients. (It wasn't crowded on my visit however). Overall, very pleased with my care!
