Lansing Urgent Care - Southside

I visited this urgent care facility due to ear pain and discovered it was caused by excessive wax buildup. The medical staff, including the nurse and doctor, were exceptionally helpful and friendly, efficiently resolving the issue. I highly recommend scheduling appointments online to minimize wait times. The facility also provides real-time updates on appointment delays via their website, which is a convenient feature. The front office staff was welcoming, and the check-in process via kiosk was streamlined, followed by a quick verification process. Overall, I would recommend this urgent care center for its efficient service and friendly staff.

I have made a few visits to this Urgent Care over the past few years. When I need help, this is my to-go-place. It is easy to make appointments, check in and check out. The medical staff is personable and professional. They listen to my concerns Katherine Ward PA was excellent. A long with L. Mackenzie and H. Damian.

They are friendly and answer all of my questions. This urgent is close to where I live. They offer to see the doctor or to see a nurse. I recommend urgent care if you have a cold, cut and other non-emergencies than go to the hospital. You actually dont have wait to long to see a doctor verses the hospital. I wish they had urgent care when I was a kid. Keep up the good work. Thank you to all the staff that works at this urgent care and all the urgent care places. Happy new years to everyone.

I feel terrible I don’t remember their names, I was in too much pain to think. I just want to thank them for saving my life! I came in there thinking I just had bad constipation and bad cramps. When she did the exam, she immediately told me that I should go to the hospital in fear I have appendicitis. I got a lot of testing done in the ER, and sure enough thats what it was! I just got home today from the hospital after having an appendectomy. It could have been life threatening if my appendix ruptured, and I couldn't be more grateful for their care and knowledge!! Thank you sooo much to the 2 amazing and sweet ladies who helped me out last night!! Give them a raise!!

All of the employees I encountered during my visit were fantastic. They were all gentle and compassionate, and I would highly recommend this urgent care location. Thank you so much for making me feel safe and comfortable.
