The doctor who treated my condition was very professional. Thorough in all the appropriate skillsets required for being a well respected physician. Kudos to her and everyone else who works there. Everyone was appropriately professional. A relaxed sense of treating people with respect, while doing their job. They were living the life of their chosen craft.

I thought everyone was great. Our original appointment was at the Dewitt location, but they let us know that we needed to change locations in case x rays were needed. They called ahead and everything was set up when we arrived to the Clippert location. Everyone was super nice and helpful during a tough situation. We are very thankful for everyone

Friendly staff and great care - happened to go the day they revamped the entire computer system so had an extra long wait time but understandable. If you can, make an appointment or get online ahead of time so you don’t have to sit and wait in the waiting room too long!

I showed up to frandor urgent care just to have my ear drained. I worked 14 hrs prior and signed in for my appointment to sit there WHILE THE FRONT LADIES WATCHED ME SIT HERE SAYING THEY HAD PROBLEMS WITH THERE SYSTEM but I guess wanted to act like they also had problems with there eyes because they made me sit for hours after I already had asked them and everything. They were rude then wanted to act like I was the one in the wrong. They were very unprofessional.

Some of the worst service I’ve have ever experienced. I went in for a routine flu and covid test. The MD messed up the flu test so they had to repeat. They said it would be 10-15 minutes for results to come back. Waited 45 minutes. They redid the test and tested for mono. Waited another 30-45 minutes. The only reason i got out of there was because i had to go ask them if the results came back. I was running a 102 fever while they had the heater blowing on me. All together i spent 2 hours there for a flu test. That does not include wait time in the lobby.
