WOW! I called the office to clarify my mother's bill (outstanding charges on a procedure that should have been covered) and the front office lady totally blew me off, told me to call their billng office because she "doesn't get paid enough to handle this"?? Maybe she thought he r phone was on mute or something but that was extremely unprofessional. Taking my mother's care elsewhere....this place is absolutely ridiculous

Great staff. I had an echocardiogram & EKG. The technician provided easily understandable responses to my questions. Danielle Martin, NP-C is a good listener and showed interest my health during her assessment. It is a pleasure to visit Lansing Cardiovascular.

An extra special shout out to Dr. Choo, Emily, and Heather! The time they took with us was amazing ~ very thorough, explained things in a very thoughtful manner, answered all of our questions with patience and kindness. Thank you for helping us ❤️

I love everyone here. Very professional and entertaining. Never had a bad experience and they are very good at keeping you informed and comfortable during procedures. The doctor has a wonderful bedside manner. Nurses are helpful. The front staff is very accommodating and friendly. Found my Heart a great place. Thank you all for your great work.

Billing department is a joke. Beyond rude. Kayden was less then helpful and very snappy. Then Shannon the so called manager was horrible to deal with. Kept interrupting me as I was trying to speak and kept calling me the wrong name.
