RediCare Okemos

Scheduling was easy & flawless. They were able to get my daughter in with very little wait time. We saw Laura, who was phenomenal! She took her time to ask questions and assess every concern. She then made time to personally call with results and an action plan. A wonderful experience from start to finish.

Got into a car accident the day prior, the receptionist was friendly and great with assisting me in figuring out everything I needed to bring in for my auto insurance to cover my appointment. The doctor was amazing, if I ever have to go back to urgent care I will 100% be going here and requesting him as my doctor.

Today's visit was awesome! I have a killer sinus infection. I tried to treat it myself with OTC meds for four days but was still miserable. I signed in to RediCare Okemos online and got to choose an appointment time. The entire staff was very friendly and very attentive. I was in and out in less than 25 minutes! I'll be using this place for all my urgent care needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Had a great visit. I moved here from Traverse City a few months ago and will probably choose this place to be my primary care facility in the future. I wasn't feeling well and just needed a note for work. Found out that I actually had the flu and a lung infection! Super grateful!

If you’re like me, when you think of an urgent care, maybe you have lower expectations around things like timeliness or getting all of you needs addressed…if you’re going in there, you're a bit desperate…but honestly, this was amazing. Came in, talked to someone within 10 minutes, had an x-ray and picked up my script-was home in 1 hour. AMAZING. Well done.
