Lanier Dental Group

I had an implant abutment and crown done here in Lanier Dental Group. Please be cautious. They’ve told me that my insurance covers 50% of the cost. I went in did the procedure and paid 50% out of pocket. 2 months later, they called me and asked for the rest of the payment that my insurance didn’t pay. Now, I’m in debt. All Grace said, you can pay in full or pay with credit cards or sign up with cherry payment plan. I will not come back in this place for my dental needs again.

I have just recently switched to Lanier Dental Group. I found the office to be very friendly and professional. The whole staff was very welcoming. I certainly would recommend Dr. O'Hearn along with her assistant Gina. I also want to give a shout out to Grace! It all begins with her! Kudos!

Integrity alert: Be careful with this place regarding insurance and billing. Went there and was told "Oh, you have great insurance" and that my visit would cost me nothing. When I asked, "are you sure?" they assured me everything was fine. A few weeks later they said the insurance didn't cover everything and now I must pay hundreds of dollars and threatened to turn me over to collections if I didn't pay. Nice business practice huh? They make a mistake regarding coverage and billing then threaten you about it. Suggest you give that strong consideration before using this group for your dental needs.

First time patient and they were very welcoming and professional. The staff were courteous and took the time to answer my questions and reassure me of the next steps of my treatment plan.

I am a very nervous patient and can only go where there are super professional and caring dentists. This is the place. My lousy insurance doesn't cover this office, but I don't care... this is the place for me. I'll be switching insurance policies just so I can go here.
