Langley Post Acute

I would not recommend the facility. My experience with the staff has been very negative. Went there to visit my brother and found no one at the front desk. I did not know the room number for my visit so I ask a man across the lobby if he worked there. He said here i am here to cook and he did not know anything else. Before I could question him further he just walked away. I then went a nurse station to ask her the room number and she looked at me and said nothing. A man standing there, don't know how he is associated with the facility told how to find the room. When leaving I approached a second nurses desk to ask if there were certain hours I could visit. She was looking at something on a computer, the phone next to her was ringing. She looked at me then the computer back at the me and n

I can’t say enough good things about the Admissions Coordinator, Samantha Jensen, at Langley Post Acute. She is always interactive, attentive, organized, and incredibly supportive. She explained every step of the admissions process clearly and makes sure everything is set up for a welcoming stay. Truly the best. Langley Post Acute is fortunate to have someone so dedicated.

My mother was a long term care patient here for almost a year. The nursing staff, for most part took great care of my mother. As in most places there are a few employees that did not do their jobs well and management could do a better job with making sure all employees are treating every patient with kindness and compassion. The nurse managers (Shana and Jason ) do a fabulous job giving excellent care to all and were so kind and compassionate to my mother. My family and I are so grateful for the way they took care of her and always made time to communicate with us and answer any questions we had.

Northampton Nursing home was a great home away from home. My husband received very good care and the staff were caring, accepting and patient. They were attentive to his needs and efficient about arranging for transportation. The facility itself was older but very well kept up and the communal area with views of a pond gave us a pleasant place to sit and chat. The room he had was a roomy area where we could visit and more importantly my husband liked it. I always felt welcome there and my husband became part of their “family.” We thank them for all they did.

My 83 year old mother was in NorthHampton Rehab for two weeks. I was nervous about having her there due to all the horror stories I had heard about rehab facilities, but knew she needed rehab to gain her strength. The staff was absolutely amazing. I visited her everyday and she was always clean and happy. She said to me, “ when you told me I had to come here, I decided that I was never going to speak to you again but thank you so much for insisting that I come. This has been a very pleasant experience”. We only get one mom and to have a facility take the same care of your mother as you would was truly a blessing. Thank you, Thank you. Kudos to your staff. You all rock🫶
