Langley AFB Hospital

Do you like waiting for 10 hours in the ER? What about having to predict when you'll need to see your PCM a minimum four months in advance? Then boy do I have the hospital for you. This place is chronically understaffed, appointments are always booked out to obscene levels. No sick call or urgent care options yet members are not authorized to get treatment elsewhere, so the ER is always insanely backlogged.

One of the worst ER’s I’ve been to. I took my toddler in for a head injury waited 4+ hours and 2 of those being in a room and never seen a doctor or nurse once. I finally left because I wasn’t waiting anymore for a head injury waited. I will never come back to this ER I’ll pay for a bill before I come back to this place. Don’t go here if you can avoid it.

Been sitting here for about two hours and only one other person has been in this waiting room besides me. The airman at the check in station said I’m going to be waiting at least another 30 minutes. All I’ve been seeing is this one gentleman joking with the vitals young lady for the last 45 minutes. The check in airman seems to be enjoying good time continuously shoving rice crispy treats in his mouth and I’m still sitting here waiting. Hope someone in this hospital is working because this trusted care certainly isn’t everywhere in this ER.

HOUSTON, TUYET MAI D Is rude. Horrible bedside manner. I told this monster about my son almost dying and she told me “I’ve seen you worse”. I was a patient of hers for a few years. She’s hung up the phone on me “cause my boss walked in and I got nervous”, she’s cold, and she talks down to you. From 2018-2024 zero improvements. This is the mess they offer.

Okay Yall..... so hear me out.😂 Today was my first time on Langley AF base and hands down I received the best military customer service that I've ever recieved in my life. I left medical serviced with treatments, smiles, treats and trinkets. The sun is shining with not one cloud in the sky😂😂😂 my skin was glowing and naturally smooth. I even felt the extreme urge to just burst into a sprint and exercise by jogging the base. I feel like I was burning calories just breathing the air. It's quiet outside & inside 😂....like no one talks lol almost like its a no talking rule on base...perfect for my "fragile ears" and "annoyed meter" 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽. Parking was a breeze & I had not one rude encounter. Definitely 5 stars big shout out to pharmacy and major shout out to Airman Pinkett and Doctor Tia Ben
