After years of taking my daughter to this orthodontist, we won’t be back. I called today and talked to a very unhelpful gentleman, nothing like Ramona, who used to be the one on the phone. It was like talking to an operator. As you can imagine, we spent a lot of money to expand my daughter’s mouth and then to essentially do 2 1/2 years of braces. We were then given a very thin plastic retainer, back in May, when her braces came off. That cheap retainer has begun to chip and grow cracks. When I called today, I was told I would have to pay for a brand new one. No warranty. No hey, how can we make it right? Instead, I was told if you take good care of them they last for a while. I can show you the retainers and that is completely untrue. They have been well kept, actually kept in the original

I had orthodontics done years ago and my permanent retainer had broken. Dr. Struhs fixed my retainer and provided a lot of great information about what has changed with retainer glue and wire over the years. He and his assistant were so nice and incredibly helpful! I felt very comfortable there and would definitely go back and recommend their office.

Had a great experience at Prairie Hawk! The staff was so nice to work with and Dr. Struhs was always very kind and helpful! They made my teeth look even more amazing then I could have imagined!
