It is very unprofessional for a practice to give patients 9am appointments and have patients standing outside until 9:01 when the doors officially open at 9:00, and then to check them in after their scheduled appointment time. My appointment was for 9 AM, yet they didn’t open the doors until 9:01. I have personally waited over an hour to be seen, which far exceeds commonly accepted wait time standards where patients generally expect to be seen within 30 minutes of arrival. I was waiting so long with a baby that someone even gave me their appointment time. I have even been in the waiting area when someone walked in and was seen the same day, but when an active duty Marine came in next with a referral in hand to be seen, they turned them away and recommended they go on base. First time here- I was very impressed. From the office staff to Dr Lane, the testing and exam was so smooth. I am very picky because have worked as an optometric tech for 20 years. This office is awesome. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
