8/28/25: Anyone know where Dr. Vargas moved to? We’ve been trying to find out and no results. __________ Dr. Vargas was phenomenal! He has the care, knowledge, and enthusiasm you hope for in a physician. His front desk team was also very friendly and welcoming. This is something I have not felt at most medical offices I have entered since my family and I moved to Lakewood Ranch 7 months ago. Thank you for a great experience.

Very professional office & friendly staff. First time meeting Dr. Vilar. Would recommend this physician & practice to family & friends.

After 2 minutes of talking with Dr. Patel for the first time, he decided that I did not need to be on one of my 3 medications. I did not argue. My other two were filled. I traveled to the Florida Keys days after my appointment and asked that one of my prescriptions be transferred there. Dr. Patel "did not feel comfortable" making a Walgreens-Walgreens transfer in the same state, so I will go without a daily medication for a week. This is the strangest experience I have ever had with a PCP.

Dr. Melissa Viler has Been wonderful to me. I truly appreciate all her help.

I went in as a new patient today and left immediately as the staff and Dr displayed behaviors that are not becoming of a medical practice. I would not recommend using this practice to anyone.
