Lakewood Family Dental

0/10 recommend. Went here because my insurance changed and this was the top place that populated. I have never had a cavity and when I went in, the dentist looked at my teeth for 30 seconds and said I have 5-6 cavities that needed filled. I was shocked as I take pretty good care of my teeth. I got a second opinion at another dentist and they took their time looking at every tooth and said they could not find a single cavity. These people are ripping you off -- please don't trust their judgement.

Experience here was interesting for every visit. I'm the past three months every visit was all new employees, including the dentist. No organization, they have no clue about whether you have been there or not half the time, not even having the x-rays and records of you being there. Last time, I told me I didn't have an appointment that day for my daughter. I had gotten not only a text but a call also and had proof, But their system magically poofed my appointment, and this is not the first one I've overhead when I have been there happen like that. This place is a real mess. Good luck. On a good note, the pediatric dentist knows what he is doing, just the office people are in a mess.

I’ve been in a few times this week for some work and the staff are always bright and pleasant when I come in. The dental hygienist I got to see for my cleanings was the most thoughtful and amazing woman. She made my cleaning the least amount of painful as possible and she talked me through my whole procedure ! I will be returning not only for myself but with my kids as well! Great place to be seen!

There was an excellent interim female dentist, theu should have hired her. The front office staff is not welcoming. 3 appointments in a row were canceled. we walked in for the fourth exactly at 10 after and were refused service claiming we were too late. The patient is disabled and we were told that there were 3 people waiting so we had to come back, we were late. The lack of professionalism is unfortunate. This facility provides a community service. No one minds waiting in this situation. It takes personality and a little intelligence to keep a small business working. Thumbs down. I won't be back.

I visited here today. I need some crowns but that's beside the point. I have to say these ladies were absolutely amazing! Jessie was trying to comfort me because my anxiety is crazy at the dentist office. She is such a sweetheart. Then Alondra was super nice and kept me company while waiting. We had great conversation. Sushmitha and Amelia were also great by telling me jokes and making me laugh. All of these ladies made me feel so much better. I'm so happy I picked this dentist office. I will be back and recommend people to go here ❤️
