Front desk staff are very informative Stephany , Connie great front desk duo those ladies are doing more than just collecting a copay. This urgent care has some all star employees based on my interactions - Hiram & Cesar the male nurses along with kaili the RN are amazing at their job…. Give those people a raise and I can’t forget their talented Xray team Kris and Dom ! great experience, open 7 days a week is awesome and let’s not forget those knowledgeable providers who actually care , this place is definitely my new fav urgent care

Been coming to Lakeside Community Healthcare Urgent Care for some time already. I have always had a great experience. All nurses and doctors are great. The front desk is always very friendly and helpful. Bo was very friendly and fast checking me in on my last visit.

Receptionist that helped us is named Bo and was polite and friendly and quickly checked us in. Nurse that helped us named Connie was nice and quickly and efficiently took my daughters vitals and put us in our exam room fairly quickly. Over all great service. Prefer this facility over Kaisers urgent care.

Does it sound right to lose your $ 65.00 co payment and treatment been denied , one of the nurse splashed on my face telling to go to ER for help because they dont want liable after i told them i had a procedure 2 weeks ago.It happened on Oct 14 and i checked in around 8 Pm, it wasn't the first time i came to this care center, those 2 previous visits i came for the same reason (Urine Retention) had been done and satisfied.

Five stars and for this reason: from point of entrance, I was greeted by security guards because I had no clue what floor urgent care was. Upon entering, I was greeted by Miss Vanessa who then helped with patient registration, all done electronically. I was then called in by Nurse Connie, she took vitals, wrote down my list of medications 😂 and I have a lot, thank you for your patience, you needed to confirm with me and a lot of medications, I was no longer taking. Dr. L. Cao, thank you, 🥰 I appreciate your time and listening to me, going far and beyond.. Cesar, thank you for making that strep test smooth 🤩 thank you for your support and patience with me 🤣 thank God, it came back negative 🕊️ Lakeside Community Healthcare thank you for your staff’s hospitality.
