Dr. Pascual is a delight very professional pleasant to interact with answers your questions and concerns. Now the nurse and or females who work there are unpleasant rude something needs to be said about their inability to interact with parents. Training is needed on human interaction starting with tone and attitudes. Something so simple like a stamp and signature was going to take 7 days plus the attitude when i asked to speak to the Dr about it ofcourse not she’d rather sign and stamp it needless to say I got my document signed and stamp in less than 5 mins.

Long wait times. Patients who have appointments after you get seen first if they have a longer history with the doctor/front desk staff. You are literally just a number to them. Referrals take days/weeks to get. Rude attitude. I do not recommend this to anyone with PPO, and if you have HMO get out. They have too many patients. Quantity over quality for these folks

I always have a positive experience with Dr. Karunananthan , my primary MD & Irma , the nurse. Irma is very welcoming , attentive & very efficient. Dr. Karunananthan has been my doctor for a long time now & she's very thorough in discussing my medical problems, answers all my questions and discuss my options every time. She's very knowledgeable, good listener and empathetic to my concerns. Thank you Dr. Karunananthan and Ms. Irma

Great staff, but could you change the operating hours to reflect your actual operating times. I just called trying to make an appointment as it says the West Covina location is closed. But online it’s showing that it’s open.
