First time visit to Lakes Urgent Care West Bloomfield. It started with googling an Urgent Care Facility near me. Lakes was the second search. I was impressed with the info shared on their website. I called their Facility to find out if they performed a procedure I thought I would need. The staff are very helpful, friendly and professional on the phone and in person. Was in/out within an hour. Office - Clean, organized; kind, helpful, respectful, knowledgeable personnel. Medical staff quick to act and treat. Saw doctor in a timely manner. She asked me questions and also listened to my concerns. I am not sure of a diagnosis after listening to my breathing, as I forgot to ask. Other than that, great care. Sent prescription to my pharmacy promptly. Overall very pleased with the care I received.

I love Lakes Urgent Care! The staff there is so kind and polite. The PA that had to do the swab for COVID and strep was so gentle and conscientious. She made me feel so at ease. The doctor was very helpful and personable. I didn’t have to wait too long either. It’s very clean and efficient. Just happy to know that there are still people who care about the work they do, regardless of how difficult and thankless it is. Thank you for taking care of me tonight!

I had an excellent personal experience at this Urgent Care. Customer volume was low at the time of my visit, so the completion of the intake paperwork was the entirety of my stay in the waiting room. I was then immediately taken back to an exam room and was interviewed briefly by a kind and competent M.A. Medical exam was then administered by a competent and knowledgable practitioner who, after a brief discussion of treatment options, dealt swiftly with my condition. This included immediate care administered on site, and a prescription dispatched to my pharmacy before I left. (Painless shot, by the way, thanks again, M.A.) I wasn't keeping track, but the whole experience took less than an hour, including watching for issues pertinent to treatment before discharge, allergic reaction, namely

The most amazing office staff, nurse and doctor. I am very appreciative. I don't know how busy this place usually is or isn't, but I was seen quickly. Everyone was absolutely courteous and helpful. X-ray onsite was one of the reasons we chose this location and was necessary for my visit. Overall, I am absolutely satisfied. Highly recommended.
