I cannot say enough good things about the “Prevent Physical Therapy” clinic. When I first brought my mom here she was dealing with a severe injury in her hand/wrist due to a fall. The surgeon couldn’t operate on her hand due to her age and told us that her healing will take a long time. So after being in a cast for about a couple of months, she was ready to start her PT. At that point she was still in a lot of pain and was not able to move her fingers, but soon after she started her PT at this clinic, she began to make a significant progress due to the incredible knowledge and expertise of her physical therapists Ryan and Linda who continue giving their best each and every single time. Although she still has a long way to go, we are very grateful for all the exceptional care she has been

Looking for a down to earth staff then go to Prevent Therapy. Zaid is amazing, caring, and very personable. He not only cares about you, but your progress to get better. He’s spent lots of time dialing in my stretches, and workouts to improve my injury. I’m 25 years old, but watching how he takes care of some of the elderly clients I would definitely refer my parents or even grandparents for therapy. Don’t think twice about booking a consultation. I came to Prevent after suffering a torn ACL, MCL and meniscus and I couldn’t be happier that I did my PT here before and after surgery. Jeff, Chelsea and the entire team made this long tough journey towards recovery into one that I am now grateful of having gone thru. Jeff makes his clinic such a friendly and positive environment for their patients. Chelsea was my PT from the first day and mainly throughout my entire rehab. She couldn’t have been better in getting my knee back to strength so that I could get back to doing my favorite thing, playing softball. When I was looking for a therapist for my post shoulder surgery recovery I called three well reviewed clinics, Prevent called me back and gave the best response to my questions around treatment regarding my unique surgery, "Yes- we have experience with shoulder surgery, but your treatment will be based on the protocol your surgeon provided you and tailored to your needs." vs. "Yep.
