The Sports Club Physical Therapy of West Bloomfield

I was familiar with The Sports Club but had no experience with the Physical Therapy group until I threw out my back over the summer. I was told by a doctor that I needed to stop lifting items, stop shoveling snow and watch everything I did. I am not old enough to give up on life yet, so I decided to get help on how to stenghten my back. After a few sessions with Brad, exercises focusing on my back and weekly stretching, my back felt fully recovered. I am still keeping up the sessions for weekly maintenance. Brad is knowledgable and very friendly. Strong recommendation for the Sports Club Physical Therapy group.

I have occasional back issues. Brad has been amazing at getting me back up and ready. I appreciate that Brad is flexible with his approach and doesn't have me doing exercises that he knows I can do on my own. Brad is efficient, he listens well and focuses right down to what needs to be done as opposed to trying to fit me into a standard routine. Highly recommend!
