Lake Washington Dermatology

The support staff at Lake Washington Dermatology is one of the worst that I have ever witnessed. While I do like Dr. Leavens, the people that answer, or should I say, do not answer the telephone, are very undependable. My wife called three times, left three messages for return calls, and NEVER received one. The following week, I left two messages, and again, no return call. This non-responsive action does nothing to gain ones confidence.

Dr. Joan Leavens is highly skilled dermatologist. I’ve seen her multiple times and every visit has been straightforward and efficient. I’ve had several appointments with her and have had zero issues and zero complaints. She has a wonderful bedside manner. She also put me completely at ease during my first Botox appointment, and the results were excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Leavens.

Dr. Kim is always thorough and experienced. I have been a patient over a decade. Highly recommend LW Dermatology.
