Great experience from scheduling to appointment follow up. I called to make a new patient visit and she let me know they were scheduling into February. When she asked what the appointment was for, I said a spot I was worried about. She got me on the schedule two days later. My baby got sick and I had to call same day, last minute to reschedule. Again, they were friendly, understanding, and got me on the schedule two days later. I saw Melissa who was very personable and knowledgeable. She shaved a section of my spot for biopsy and they called me two days later with the results.

I have been a patient for years. I recently called to get an appointment for a concerning spot on my back. I have a strong family history of melanoma so I wanted to be seen as quickly as possible. I was told January was the earliest but I could call about cancellations. They told me I should call daily. Who has time for that?! They should have a cancellation list or a better method for getting someone with concerns in more quickly. I got an appointment elsewhere immediately. I won't be going back here. Unfortunate because I really liked the staff.

12/2019- Update to say that I am really impressed by the dedication of everyone in this office to help me in obtaining prior authorization and basically doing everything possible to ensure I had access to affordable treatment even when that meant a lot of insurance phone calls the week after Christmas. It mean a lot and really spoke to how this team approaches and values patient care! 05/2019- My family members and I have been seeing Dr Sugarman since I was about 8 years old. Still love him and his crew. He helped me through some serious conditions as a kid while reassuring my parents at every turn and being very considerate of our insurance limitations.
