Lake Eye Associates - Wildwood

Facility was clean with adequate seating in the waiting room. I was called to start my examination within 10 minutes of my appointment scheduled time. The staff was polite and professional. All of my questions were answered with great detail. The professional I was assigned to explained my current condition, possible causes of my condition and several options for treatment. Overall, the experience was positive. I would highly recommend Lake Eye Associates

Everyone in the office from the first phone call I made, to checking in for my appointment and the exam was wonderful. Every single person you meet, or walk by is so friendly. I'm so happy to have found a place that cares and listens to what patients are saying. They are so very helpful here. Each person deserves 5 stars.

The staff at Lake Eye are wonderful. All staff I’ve encountered are professional and friendly. Dr. Bui and her team know how to place their patient at ease. Dr. Bui explains everything in terms that are easily understood. You never feel rushed and always feel valued. I definitely recommend Lake Eye and most especially, Dr. Bui.

Very disorganized. I went for first time and told them over and over what I was going for and needed for testing. Part of the test they could not do and I was told they could not complete it for another 2 months due to first available appointment in my area. So I asked for any first available. Turns out the only other first available was 40 minutes away during peak travel in an unmarked building that is very difficult to find. I was 15 minutes late unfortunately and they could not see me for what I believe is a very quick test. When I rescheduled suddenly there was an appointment for the next day in the city I actually live. What happened to to April? So then I made sure I was to my next appointment 15 minutes early. I was the only one in the waiting room and I sat there for almost a half

It was my first time at the office and I was impressed with the whole process. I was seen right away and all of the associates that I worked with told me their name and what they were going to do. My exams were thorough and everybody was friendly yet professional.
