This was such a great first experience! The staff is so kind and understanding and helped me understand where I needed improving dental wise. They were honest and gave me an after care plan that made me feel encouraged to do better! The whole office is so kind, thoughtful, and understanding of me (new patient). I already felt at home!

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this office. I came in this week for a routine cleaning and to address a chipped tooth that had no pain and no sensitivity to hot or cold. Instead of discussing different treatment options or taking the time to educate me about possible solutions, the only recommendation I received was the most expensive route a root canal and a temporary crown. I was not presented with alternative options such as a filling or other less invasive treatments, nor was the situation explained in a way that helped me understand why such an aggressive procedure was necessary. You can tell everyone cares starting from Yana with the first call to make the appointment - being super positive and providing a very uplifting attitude towards the experience. Coming from bad dental office experiences, this felt like it was going to be another, but then coming in to my first consultation, and receiving first hand the support and care of Nina’s patience, and the time taken by Logan in letting me know my options in costs. I am writing to share my positive experience with your office in Winter Garden. You have a great location and an excellent staff. Every time I visit, Dr. Nguyen is very approachable and helpful with any questions. Kiara, the receptionist, has a wonderful personality and is very knowledgeable regarding insurance concerns and recommendations. Additionally, my dental provider, Yanna, has a great bedside manner and goes above and beyond to ensure my needs are met- even when it comes to something as simple as toothpaste flavor. Dr. Z and Destiny were amazing! I definitely have dental anxiety and they were beyond wonderful. Patient, kind and thorough. They listened to all of my concerns and made me feel very safe and secure. They explained each thing they did thoroughly- and I had lots of questions! They were able to deal with the majority of my issues the same day! Highly recommend.
