Came in from out of town with a friend and was truly impressed with Lake Arrowhead, start to finish. Communication was clear leading up to our appointment; the shop was super clean; Captain Dave and Mario were extremely welcoming and excited to create exactly what we wanted; price was quite reasonable. Most importantly, my piece, an image of Greg and Benjamin Franklin from OTGW, came out perfectly. I highly recommend Lake Arrowhead Tattoo!

I received my nipple piercings and they were botched. One nipple is pierced too deep and they are both slanted. Paid 85 dollars and now I have been told how bad they did them repeatedly. The place looks nice and I enjoyed the environment but yeah my nipples are not the same
