986 Pharmacy Lake Arrowhead

First off, I am a professional and expect to be treated with compassion by any pharmacy. Unfortunately, the pharmacist at 986 speaks down to customers and refuses to refill early as a courtesy for travel. She almost insulted me but I didn't allow her to accuse me of taking more than what was prescribed. Since the pharmacist refused to honor my work travel request by telling me to find a pharmacy in Downtown Los Angeles which is extremely dangerous, I moved back to CVS. I thought that by going to a smaller pharmacy I would receive individual attention but that's simply not the case. I had to call my doctor and get a new refill to transfer back to CVS so I could travel for work. Shame on 986 for not acknowledging the email from my employer which states I will be gone for 6 weeks working on a

Hadn’t used this hospital pharmacy in years and was pleasantly surprised! No waiting at all. My medicine was filled quickly and a caring young man helped me out!

Remove yourself from medical RX as a pharmacy that does delivery because it is a solid waste of customers and medical professionals time to have to go through multiple transfers. If you have a limit on how many miles you can deliver to, make that know to the company that offers your services as delivery optional.

Best pharmacy experience I have ever had! I love walking in to be cheerfully greeted by name by the staff at the counter and by Steve Walker, the awesome pharmacist. They are always willing to come up with a last-minute refill while I wait. Very fast, very accurate, very efficient and very personable. I will go no where else! Beeman’s Pharmacy in Lake Arrowhead is the best!

Wow!! Shadiness at its finest! Stay away from this pharmacy as they are corrupt!!! Not only have they lied and charged me for medication and tell me insurance was ran but I still owed money, only to find out insurance for the patient was NOT used and the pharmacist lied directly to me! Secondly, they filled and used the insurance for the patient without consent as the medication was purposely sent elsewhere by the patients physician to not be filled at this location. I will be filling a complaint with ombudsman
