Dr. Cooke and his staff have been wonderful- it is obvious the entire office cares about the wellbeing of their patients. Dr. Cooke is thorough and takes his time to truly understand the patient’s needs. I felt heard and understood by Dr. Cooke- not rushed at all. I highly recommend Dr. Cooke. Dr. Cooke’s office is also very accommodating. Immunotherapy keeps my allergies under control and significantly decreases asthma symptoms. Dr. Cooke offers cluster immunotherapy (allergy shots) which allows patients to receive the care they need without having to make as many trips to the clinic (you just stay longer over fewer appointments). Dr. Andrew Cooke is very helpful, thinks outside the box when necessary, and will advocate for your needs. The office staff is wonderful as well. Sometimes voicemails get lost so understand that may be an issue. They usually are closed well before 5 pm because they do allergy shots early AM usually, so call early if you need to. Overall he's one of the best docs this former health care worker has known. I HIGHLY recommend!

Dr. Cooke and his staff are INCREDIBLE! They are professional, kind, and really care about their patients! My son has suffered from severe allergies and hives for most of his life. Within the last year, Dr. Cooke and his staff have provided him with a care plan that has made him feel "normal" for the first time in his young life. We are forever grateful to them. They always do their best to accommodate us for appointments and have worked hard to assist us with programs to help manage the cost of his immunology medications. I have genuinely enjoyed my experience at Lake Allergy. It's been over a year of getting shots, and the process has felt grueling at times. However, the change I have seen in my kids is astounding! My kids went from taking daily allergy medicine and still having reactions to not needing any medication at all. Dr. Cooke is very knowledgeable, and the staff is amazing. They know my kids' names and are always pleased to see them. Arranging appointments is effortless. Kim is a wonderful person to talk to about billing questions. Our family feels genuinely cared for, and we've always had a wonderful experience.
