Lahey Hospital & Medical Center

I've changed doctors a number of times since coming to Massachusetts 10 years ago, and, finally, I have found a place that is clean and efficient, and also has really great doctors, nurses and specialists. It's rare that I deal with anyone where I'm left feeling like that person actually cared about anything I had to say, but the people here (At least the one's I've had care for me) genuinely care about the well being of their patients, and follow up with them, rather than forgetting them the moment you walk out the door. Which is really rare these days when there are so many people and so few providers. The physical location is also relatively easy to get to and out of compared to Emerson, or Lahey Burlington.

Very difficult to contact them. If you call, expect to be on hold for an hour! I actually gave up and cancelled my appointment as I was so frustrated with the inability to reach the office.
