Outstanding service. Satish came to the Lexington site and opened the office by himself on a Friday evening to manage an emergency situation for my wife (also his patient), and he could not have been more gracious and caring throughout the whole episode. His practice and expertise offer a "concierge" level of service and caring. As a healthcare provider myself, I am so grateful to have such a caring and expert dentist who practices in the fashion of the 'old ways' - where the patient comes first, and providers are intuitively and innately aware that they are in a service industry - there to serve an heal!

My mom (75 year old) was having dental pain, and even though she is a new patient for the practice, the team was kind enough to see her on the same day. The doctor explained all the treatment options and made her comfortable, we truly appreciate Dr. Satish and Lex Smiles team for the excellent care.

I had an emergency evaluation and consultation and needed to see a doctor immediately. The receptionist was wonderful and found me an appointment within 40 minutes. When I arrived, I was called in right away. The technician promptly took X-rays, and I saw Dr. Minal almost instantly. She examined the problem and explained everything to me in a way I could easily understand. I felt that I was being treated not just as another patient, but as someone whose doctor truly cares. The entire experience was outstanding. Dr. Minal Narayan has excellent people skills, and the service was exceptional.

Always enjoy going to Lex Smiles -- the people are all great here. The dentists and technicians are skilled and friendly and explain everything and advise appropriately. Also, really love the staff at the front desk -- super nice to chat with. Just overall lovely people!
