My kids felt very comfortable with Dr. Levine and how he explained everything. I liked how at first, they keep an eye on how my kids' teeth were coming in and didn't start braces until actually needed. Once we started, the office was great about applying our dental benefits into the contract. During the couple of years of treatment, appointments were easy to schedule/reschedule via text. Even emergency ones. Retainers are printed so if you lost/break one, they can make one for you pretty quickly-- yes we had that happen! After the braces come off there are regular appointments to make sure nothing is moving etc. It's super close to LHS so if you have a student there, they can go on their own. Dr. Levine is the best! He and his staff are so friendly, kind, and knowledgeable, and they make each visit a pleasant experience. Dr. Levine did an amazing job with my braces - you can tell he really knows what he’s doing and cares about providing the best service to his patients. I also love how clean, bright and modern the office is. Many years later, I came back to get my permanent retainer fixed. He was able to fit me in the very next day and didn’t charge me, which I really appreciated and which truly shows his dedication to his patients.
