We moved my father in law there from Washington to be closer to family. When we all arrived it was later in the evening. It was an amazing feeling, there were so many staff there to greet us on our arrival. My father in laws scared and nervousness quickly disappeared. Our time there totaled 9 weeks and in our daily visits we were able to see how the staff operated and care for him. I felt with more than just a job function but with love and tenderness. So many became friends and loved by us. Though my father in laws journey turned into a hospice care we kept him there because they can do the same function and they became family.I can say without a doubt my family is nothing but grateful and blessed for the time spent there.

This facility has some MAJOR issues. My dad was admitted for physical therapy post hip replacement surgery. He arrived on a Monday at 1pm. I didn't expect great things on the first day because he had just arrived. However, when I arrived after work on Tuesday I was livid. My dad had laid in bed in pain ALL DAY. His chart said he had recieved pain medication at 5:30 am and 8:30 am and that he had a lidocaine patch applied in the morning. His chart stated that he had no other pain medication for 10 hours even though he had resquested it!!! He has a prescription for one to be given every 4 hours and the other every 6 hours. Dad said he had no lidocaine patch on him, i checked and NOPE nothing there and when I went to the charge nurse she was like, well it says it was put on so I don't

Unbelievable poor care. They lie about giving pain medications to patients just out of hospital after surgery and don't seem to care residents and patients are suffering. That is criminal. It has been suggested staff may be stealing the meds...the rest of the family would probably give this establishment a 1 star. I'm giving benefit of doubt to why call lights are not answered in a timely manner or at all. Why there isn't another facility that services that area is beyond me. They should be investigated by the State of Oregon

I have had a relative living at the facility for the past several years and receives the best of care. The staff is caring and responsive to the needs, comfort and any situation which comes up. it is no easy task to have so many people with serious conditions which require nearly constant care. And they provide it with compassion and tenderness. Up and down the chain of command the facility and personnel take a personal interest in the residents, attending to their needs. supervisory staff is attentive to the needs of the residents, the of the family and friends of the residents. The meals which are well balanced and excellent. The facility and property are very well maintained and kept up. I highly recommend this facility! David Lyon

My mother spent four weeks here. She left today. The staff was the best. The people who interacted and took care of her truly cared and were skilled caregivers/nurses. They are cheerful and friendly. The therapy staff went out of their way to encourage and accommodate my mom when exercise was difficult for her.
