I first saw Craig when I was at my ropes end with repeated back injuries that sometimes put me in bed for several days. To this day his work is the most effective a single session of any modality has ever been for my back. Craig is a local treasure whose hands are some of the best listeners I know. (His actual ears are also good at listening! He asks a lot of good questions before and during the session and adjusts his interventions accordingly.) I am finding my body heal in places I never consciously recognized were unwell, though I'm also finding that my "problem spots" are markedly, noticeably, less problem-y. In fact, Craig has helped me reframe my own attitude toward my body's messages (such as pain), which has allowed his healing touch to impact my life not just for the hour I spend on his table but for all the hours and days (and sometimes, tragically, even weeks) between.

Craig has been able to help me with so many different ailments! He has also given me exercises and stretches to perform at home that have also really helped. Among many other things, he got rid of my plantar fasciitis in one session and it hasn't come back. Definitely recommend!

Craig is a real asset to the medical services offered in NE Oregon. He is a myofacial specialist and thus, has tools that help heal deep tissue injuries. I have never experienced this type of massage modality before and it is very effective. I have osteoarthritis in my hips and Craig's treatments are helping me live without chronic pain and reduce the probability of a hip replacement.
