The staff are always thoughtful, kind & friendly. Lago Vista Vet has lovingly cared for our sweet baby girl "Snuggles" in the past which is why we're always going to take our fur familyto them. I highly recommend them.

We have been bringing our now senior cat, Gabby to Lago Vista Animal Clinic since early 2021. Drs. Williams, Roark, Bonny, and Heelan have all been very caring and professional in their treatment of Gabby over the years. The staff has always been awesome as well, and very loving towards Gabby. I love Lago Vista Animal Clinic. It is always clean and calm. The people who work there are kind and compassionate. They have very reasonable prices and provide good information. They are never pushy. My dog jumps into the car to go there. Best vet ever.

I could not be happier with our experience at Lago Vista Animal Clinic. My corgi is extremely anxious at the vet, but Mahalia and Dr. Rachel were so patient and gentle. They took their time with the exam to ease her stress, and unlike our previous vet, they didn’t need to muzzle her. The clinic itself is very clean, and I loved that the waiting area is large — you don’t have to sit right next to other people or pets, which made things calmer for us. The whole team was friendly, kept me informed, and were upfront about pricing before doing anything. They gave clear instructions for at-home care and even texted me the next day to check in on how she’s doing.
