CVS Pharmacy

Unable to communicate by phone for some reason. Their automated system will tell me I have no prescriptions every single time. Sometimes, even if I reach an actual person by some miracle, THEY will tell me I have no prescriptions. The only way to find out if my prescriptions are actually ready seems to be to drive there and ask which is a huge waste of time, especially if there is a hold on one of them (something which could have been communicated by phone).

The communication. Setup is horrible. You call in. You get 15 different prompts. But no prompt to talk to a representative. You ask the crazy AI machine to get you to a representative and it doesn't understand you. I've had to wait for prescriptions. I have been told they're there and they're not. It is the worst c. V. SI have ever dealt with? I'm so sorry that this is the only pharmacy out here to deal with right.One in brookshire but their hours are strange

Because the employees deciding that they were going to try and cut out of work early and closing the tills before business actually closed. I had to drive an extra 40 minutes because of this extreme inconvenience. Solely due to this fact, I will be avoiding this location. The pharmacy is great. The store itself, especially the nighttime staff, not so much. Will be calling corporate.

Valentines Day I stopped in for the first time in many years as I’ve never had a good experience at CVS. This evening would prove to be no exception. Cashier rang up my items personal I submitted my phone credit card and pin and the transaction was processed. The shift manager and cashier were sure that something had glitches and we would need to ring it up and do it all over again. I was assured multiple times that if it did charge me twice not to worry just bring in my phone with the bank statement and they would def take care of it. After several attempts I was finally able to catch the shift lead that was there that evening and what does he say?
