Lago Dental Center

Horrible experience in the making. I receive monthly invoices IN MY NAME for someone that’s not related or even on my insurance. I called multiple times and asked for my account information to be deleted to stop this from happening. They tell me they are working on it but I continue to receive bills for service IN MY NAME!!! I reported them to my insurance company and now I’m warning everyone else. I haven’t been to this dentist in three years yet I call and talk to them more than any of my actual doctors!

Dr. Bonny and her staff are amazing & good hearted people! I’ve had two extractions done and they were very professional and attentive the whole way through. I’m so grateful for them!

Dr Bonny is amazing. She’s a great dentist and is extremely knowledgeable how to treat patients. She’s through, very kind and professional. The entire staff are friendly and helpful. You feel like your being taken care of by family.

Service was fine but the ethics is all wrong. I decided to try them out after moving to Lago a few years back. I have had the same dentist in Round Rock since 2006 with no issues. I called to see if they accepted my insurance and they said Yes, so i made an appointment for a cleaning and xrays. Fast foward 3 weeks and my insurance paid approx. $600 and they sent me a bill for approx. $300. When I asked why I got a bill for the difference she said that they don't contract with my dentist. Screech, What?! I said I was told when I made the appointment that they did accept it and she said I asked the wrong question! Pretty po'd at this point. I asked how specifically I should have I asked and the lady said that I needed to ask if they contract with my insurance company not do they accept my in

I want to Thank Dr.Bonnie and her team I had a swollen face due to a abscess.i had never been to their office but the got me in ASAP and took care of me. Their so gentle and caring. Dr. Bonnie listens to your concerns and helps you make a good plan. So glad to have found them. Thank you all !!!!!
