Laboratory of Dermatopathology

Very very terrible phone payment services... I called for 30 mins and could not make the payment---they directed me to here and there and then disconnected the phone call. Online payment option is also very confusing and complicated.... They sent me a final notice and threatened to send me to a collection agency... but it is so difficult to pay $25 with them

Most awful experience I've ever had with a lab. I told my dermatologist I'm not seeing her again because they're associated with this lab. A total fraud, scam operation. I paid with an HSA card and need a receipt from them - 1st associate said she'd send it via mail (never did), 2nd associate said she'd send it via email (never did), 3rd associate said their email server is down and to call back in 2-3 days. A total nightmare through and through.

Keep getting an array of different bills with totally different amounts — tried to call can’t get through to anyone. Only had one service done and one thing sent to the labs. I paid one bill, and then immediately got two more with different amounts. No idea what they are doing.

This billing company continues to attempt to bill for items that have already been paid for via insurance + HSA/health fund. In others word, if you are not following the money trail these guys would love to eat up your double payment. Spoke to a Jay here, seems like they know they do this, but was peddling BS. Rude guy too. Cant give a 0 so giving a 1

My Dr. used this service back in January. I never received a bill from them for my balance due, no corespondence, no email, no phone call. Then yesterday I got a collections letter.!!!!!! This is totally irresponsible for a medical business.
