Labcorp at Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center

My mother went with my daughter who is 15 months old, to drop off a poop sample. They were extremely rude to not only my elderly mother but my daughter. My baby is a happy squealer. Robin, the woman who was "helping" my mother, kept telling my daughter to be quiet. When I was on the phone trying to get things sorted out, I heard Robin tell my daughter to keep it down and stop screaming. SHE IS A BABY SHE DOESN'T UNDERSTAND! Robin also was very rude to me on the phone, kept cutting me off. Wasn't even trying to understand what I was trying to explain to her. I had to play the middle man between her and my daughter's pediatrician to get the lab order that was sent over Feb 21st and then resent today!!!! When I called back the second time, she again cut me off and was very rude and dismissive

Absolutely Ridiculous. They're supposed to be open until 5:30pm. I got there at 5:05pm. They had covered all check-in devices. The imaging check-in said to knock. I did, the girl came out and said they had to close since they had 13 people waiting. So after parking forever away, and walking in, with limited mobility and in pain. I said I'd wait if needed to not have to repeat getting there. At the door I could see multiple techs not with patients. She says, after she went back to check, that I'd have to come back. "We're open 7:30 to 5:30." Seriously??? As I was leaving I heard the waiting room say they'd been waiting over 1.5 hours. The lab, operated apparently by LabCorp needs a serious overhaul. Legacy should take action with them for the significant damage they're doing to the L

I believe Catherine was her name. Terrible experience. Walked in at 10:00 a.m. was told they take walk-ins. Computer told me to reschedule for one cuz they were busy even though there was one person waiting. Found that odd. Nobody was around so I came back at 1:00. Had to check in again through a lengthy check in process at a kiosk. Then they couldn't find me they couldn't find my orders from the doctor and they couldn't find me in their system or something like that. Called the provider then she tells me that she did find me so I hung up. Then she says but I don't have your orders. So I call back. While I'm on the phone she found the orders. Mind you this whole time I'm clearly in pain and walking with a cane. Very disrespectful very rude in every response. I came in there is kindly as I

The rudest staff I have ever dealt with. Literally every person I was in contact with was unbelievably rude. I unfortunately had to go back multiple times and the experience was the same every time. The staff must really hate their jobs to take it out on people just trying to get some blood drawn. I overheard the staff being rude to other customers as well. I will consider paying out of pocket to go to another lab the next time I need tests done.

LabCorp staff with whom I've interacted have been polite and professional. The front desk is a dice roll. This is a medical setting in a state which champions LGBTQIA+ rights. Your personal feelings about any person based on their sex, gender, pronouns, or appearance are not wanted or welcome.
