Despite relying on their delivery system, we have experienced long wait times, with no clear communication or updates on when medications will arrive. To make matters worse, calling the pharmacy for assistance is an unpleasant experience. The staff is consistently rude, unhelpful, and dismissive when asked about medication status. Instead of providing solutions, they respond with attitude and a lack of urgency, showing little concern for their patients’ well-being. If I could give 0 stars I would they suck. I had an absolutely unacceptable experience at this pharmacy. Not only did the staff refuse to release my grandmother’s necessary medication, but they also used racial slurs during the encounter. This kind of behavior is disgraceful and completely unprofessional. No one should have to endure discrimination or be denied essential healthcare. I urge management to address this immediately, and I strongly caution others against using this pharmacy until serious changes are made.

My grandmother relied on their delivery service, but we discovered multiple serious errors, including receiving the wrong medications in mislabeled bottles and even being sent prescriptions intended for another patient. Additionally, there were instances where her necessary medications were withheld until we called to inquire about them. When we attempted to transfer her prescriptions to another pharmacy, the staff was uncooperative.
