ACCA should close all the facilities starting by the offices at west kendall .Please keep your love one away from this place .What they have it’s just advertising and a big business .They don’t really care about the patient , They don't advocate for patients all they want is money .Their lack of professionalism it’s insane and inhuman .My Dad has CHF and Cancer and the only specialist he saw was the one who performed the biopsy ,all they have is Nurse Practitioners.They sent my Dad to see an internal medicine to treat his cancer to avoid the referral so they can keep all the money ,my dad never saw a cardiologist,got really decompensated and was admitted for a week in the hospital ,when he asked for a referral to see a urologist for his prostate cancer they told him that referral must be a

ZERO STARS! Terrible service and care! Stay away from this place! My father along with his neighbor(s) caught COVID the week of June 21st, 2022 when they visited La Colonial and did NOT even know he had COVID. He began to feel body aches and pain and ill and decided to call La Colonial on June 28th, 2022, requested transportation and to be seen at the center by the doctor. They did NOT test my father for COVID and instead sent him in another private transportation to Kendall Regional without his/our authorization. Kendall Regional did NOT test him for COVID either and instead discharged him. Upon being discharged from Kendall Regional Hospital we decided to take him to another more credible hospital where they did test him for COVID and admitted him into ICU for 3 weeks. Dr Alvaro Altamirano was so professional, i had very dificult blood preassure condition, he was able to regulate my BP in only 1 visit, his bedside manners are superb and he trully cares. I will never have other primary care dr.

I am so glad La Colonia is finally in West Kendall. The closest one we had before was Westchester, however this one is so much closer!!! As usual very kind and warm people work there. They make you feel at home.
