KVH Pediatrics

I am absolutely done with KVH in all forms. The doctors are usually great but front desk is almost always the worst part of my day. I’m on WIC and my formula for some reason needs a prescription for me to get approved for it, I was told multiple days it was going to be filled out. It wasn’t until I raised hell and embarrassed myself by being a complete Karen just to fight to get my child’s prescription filled. I waited patiently even through the weekend, for for my child’s prescription to be filled out, I then called and they told me they still didn’t have it. I told them that if they don’t have my prescription, I will be going down there waiting in the office until I’m either giving my prescription or until they close. We took our daughters to KVH pediatrics for years. Their good doctors are gone. Last time I went, the provider told me that I had to pick questions because there is no much time. I felt very rushed and what she told me is to contact physical therapy or occupational therapy without even trying to listen and understand my concerns. I have twins and going through a really tough time. Their online client portal system doesn't let you add a kid unless you call and it is not easy process when you don't have a time. I don't blame them for not seeing us when I missed one of appointment for twins, but their system also didn't send me text reminder which I use to confirm my appointments. The front desk staff in the pediatric department are lazy at best, no caring for the patients and blatant disregard for descent human interaction. We showed up for our appointment (that I waited 4 months for) only to be told we were no longer patients since it had been three years…. first of all it wouldn’t have been three years if they had gotten us in sooner, secondly why didn’t they tell this to me over the phone BEFORE I came to the appointment, instead they let me schedule a baby sitter, waste gas, come in and waste time telling me to schedule a new patient appointment and wait ANOTHER 4 MONTHS to be seen. KVH is the worst.

My wife left here review, I’m giving a worse review because she shouldn’t have had to do all of that just to have our baby fed that’s disgusting

Christine was so helpful and comforting about my daughter’s UTI, and gave us lots of great tips. She also let us know that she would be monitoring cultures to make sure we had the right antibiotics. I appreciated her straightforward and proactive approach, while being compassionate at the same time.
