Garbage. So glad I pulled my child from his care. There are far more competent options at better prices. Not once did any of us feel comfortable with him. Also, other orthodontists have updated their technology, this guy is using the same methods I experienced as a kid in the 80s. I was floored when I saw current technology actually put in place elsewhere. Do you and your kid a favor and shop by reputation. One star because it's the lowest I can go.

Adult & child in our family got braces; one metal/ceramic, and one lingual. Dr. Pierce explained the process and expectations, and scheduled regular appointments to meet our goals. He's a former NFL player (really!), so he might be a bit direct ... but don't let his demeanor fool you. He's always accessible & understanding, and will take the time to address concerns. Recommend you meet him for yourself before deciding whether he's a good fit for you (rather than just read online reviews).

Worst- horrible experience for my kid that he never ever wants to go to dental office and scared. Wasted tons of money and time. Some one was right- treats kids like a cattle. Is there any zero star rating so I can give thumps down for? Never ever recommend to anyone not even my enemy. If you didn't sign the contract yet - just runaway in the opposite direction and never look back...

absolutely awful. i wasted my money and time here. he left wires sticking out everywhere and left my mouth bloody and in pain constantly. do not go here. he doesn’t care, nor is he friendly. he broke a bracket off my braces and didn’t repair it, and left it as more broke off. i waited 6 months with only half of my brackets on my braces. DO NOT GO HERE.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! A 1 star is being very generous. He deserves a 0! Unbelievably unprofessional and a compulsive liar. He talks in circles, confusing you, and his billing makes no sense. As someone said before, he is all about the money and doesn’t care about the patient one bit. After refusing to sign a bogus hand scribbled contract we told him we would be seeking care elsewhere. He was extremely unprofessional with his corespondents back to us (when he wasn’t ignoring us) and was completely emotionally driven. Also, he will not give us a refund for the work unfinished and now we will be seeking legal counsel and possibly facing a messy legal battle. Steer clear or you are facing a NIGHTMARE!!!
