The staff is outstanding, and Farhiya Abdi, APRN, is absolutely exceptional. What an actual disaster of offices. I’ve been going for many years now. Today I had an appointment scheduled the same day. I went in for said appointment to be told it was canceled, no one bothered to let me know they removed my appointment that wasn’t for routine care. Disgusted to say the least. The office staff need to get it together.

I have been going to this practice for over 20 years with out issue, and we have had the same health insurance this entire time. My last appointment 10/23 and my recent appoint 8/24. I received bills for the full amount of the visit. I called the insurance company after the first invoice and was told the dr office was coding the appointment under the out of network provider. When I received the full invoice this week and looked it up, once again they coded it wrong. I called dr kurker's office to be told the billing clerk works after 6 pm and hopefully they(nicole) could straighten it out I received a call back today and was told" the billing clerk suggested I go to an in network provider or call the insurance company to find out the problem. I would not recommend this office. Very chaotic and they do not seem to know what they are doing. I also feel like I was profiled. Very odd. This is most likely the reason why you can get an appointment there so quickly.
