Kroger Pharmacy

My experience echoes others: prescriptions not ready when promised, insurance co-pay issues, understaffed and understocked. Time to find a new pharmacy.

I called this morning and the person told me my RX would be ready at lunch. I go to pick up me RX after work and they do not even have the pills. Why was I not called so I could try a new place? The would not have the pills till Monday. I would NOT recommend using this place at all. The staff were also very rude.

This pharmacy has the rudest staff! They told me 30 to 45 minutes on my medicine. I came back 2 hours later and they told me another 30 to 45 minutes and when I asked they were snarky saying yes still we are two days behind. I said then why did you lie and say 30 to 45 minutes and just walked away. These people don't care and will lie to your face. Don't trust them.

Had one of the worst pharmacy experiences today here. I always get my scripts filled here and today my daughter needed one filled. Her pediatric office faxed her prescription over because Kroger’s electronic fax did not work for some reason. Now this was paper faxed over at maybe 11 A.M. I went to pick up her script at 5 P.M maybe and the man at the cash register said they had no prescription for her and nothing was showing under her birthdate or name. I explained to him that the doctors office faxed it over and it was probably still on the machine due to their negligence of not checking it. Well he basically refused to just go look and sent me to the second window where I had to wait behind more people where a different employee was. Ok so I had to check the comments so I know it wasn't just me. I moved my prescription here because it was close to my house(kroger on Watson) big mistake. If you can go an extra mile do so. My son unfortunately has had to switch several meds due to his epilepsy this is already a stressful situation. To be met with such rudness while trying to get medicine for my lethargic child laying in the back seat is very frustrating. To be told I don't know how long it will be because 2 techs are leaving is highly unprofessional. Knowing that if my child does not receive this med on-time could result in another hospital stay. To refusing to put it in for the overnight because it requires PA which was already sent in. This pharmacy will nolonger get my business. I SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME.
