Kroger Pharmacy

I've been going here for about 2 years now and I have never had any issues, both getting them on the phone or going to pick up my prescriptions. However I might say that I prefer to walk in and get my prescriptions rather than the drive thru because it takes longer in the drive true (They can get pretty backed up). Other than that no complaints here, 5 stars!

Don't send your scripts here. Reroute them to somewhere else. 8/10 times I have issues here. Staff is rude more often than not. You call to ask questions and they act irritated half the time. Avoid this location.

Brought my prescription in at 11:45 and was told it would be ready at 12:30. Came back at 12:30 and was told it hadn’t even been checked in yet so it would be an additional 30 minutes before I got my meds

After making calls to 3 other Kroger pharmacies, the pharmacist assured me that she had my medicine at the Troy store and could fill it by the end of the day. I drove 1 hour round trip to pick up this medicine that I desperately need only to find out that she never checked to see if the medication was actually in stock (nor did she bother to call me to tell me that it couldn't be filled). The person who tried to help me was nice but that doesn't change my situation. I've been a Kroger pharmacy customer for 20 years - after today I'm moving everything over to CVS.

Nice on the phone. My wife had surgery this morning so I called beforehand to make sure they had what she needed-they did. So I get there, get the scripts filled and it was right before their lunch break so they said to come back at 1:30 and the meds would be ready. I come back, still not ready, just another 30 minutes...nope, still not ready, they tell me just wait another 10...what a joke, here's my poor wife at home by herself waiting on her meds and all I can do is continue to wait because 6 other pharmacies didn't have the meds.
