Kroger Pharmacy

I get anxiety picking up my medicine here because of the judgemental, condensing attitude of the employees. Not all of their employees are like this, thankfully. l've had some be very helpful and kind to me. But then, during my next experience, I'm treated with little respect. My experience is dependent upon what medication I need (sadly), and the employee. But it's like this everywhere, isn't it? I'm using an online pharmacy now for most of my medications. Kroger will now be used for any of my controls or STAT medicine. Edit: Adding a star because of the pharmacist Jason. Give him a raise.

Kroger south has been my go to absolutely love them ..... moved to the north end switched to kroger north ..... the lady that works there with dark hair absolutely the rudest encounter when seeking assistance that I have ever experienced... 0 help 0 care how she treats people ..very rude and short response like i was bothering her coming in and needing help .... I would rather drive all the way south then use this pharmacy

Changed to Kroger from CVS due to different reasons, now experiencing the same issues as CVS. Why is the pharmacy not open when hours listed say you should be? How about some training in Customer serice skills? Communication!! Very important.

Pharmacy staff, mainly a few females are absolutely rude, unfriendly, not helpful, and I'm guessing single. Well over a year I've been nice and forgiving at times. When the technician says a time they will be done, but doesn't have the courtesy to contact me back telling me tomorrow is ridiculous. Waste of my time and gas. Last several months they've processed my prescriptions, but yesterday one that just a couple months ago did the processing actually looked at my EXPIRED licence. These people are the only ones that look at my license and no mention of the this. Held up my morning, and just plain rude the way she went about it. If you loose your job over an expired license then go back and see who processed March until July. May not loose your job but sure have lost my and a few o

By far one of the worst pharmacies I have dealt with. Prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be. The wait time is ridiculous constantly. Most of the staff just push you through without even asking any type of questions or seeing if you have any questions. I'd much rather go to any of the other pharmacies on the North end.
