Kroger Pharmacy

This place is my favorite Kroger in all of Gwinnett County !! Huge selection of everything. Always clean and fresh produce! Great deals as well.

0n Sun. Mar.16th i went to the western Union at this Kroger to do a transaction. All went well till the service rep. Asked me if i was born in the U.S. Of all the times that ive been doing a transaction at this particular that has never come up? I dont know if this is going to be the new protocol but this will definitely cause problems . No, i wasnt born in this country but i am citizen.

Just left here to pick up transfer meds plus regular meds after giving them 2days. Glenda is the rudest most nonchalant worker that need to be out of there! She looked at me like I was crazy and couldn't explain and didn't care to explain why weren't they filled. Insisting that I sit and wait... Looked at me disrespectful and didn't apologize.. This Pharmacy and the Manager there needs to be removed because they're so insensitive to customers.. If I didn't have to come here I wouldn't. This Kroger is Awful too and they need to close it down. I m transferring to Publix..

We usually have a good experience with this pharmacy and we value the work of their employees. My complaint is small, but for someone who gives their child or adult many medications a day, it's a big deal. They never give us liquid medicine in an orange bottle with a plunger. They have been telling us for a very long time that they simply do not have them. I know I can buy them online, but it's a matter of principle. Liquid medicine in an orange bottle should come with a plunger and syringe.

I’ve filled many prescriptions here without incident but I dropped one off Thursday at noon for my son’s Friday morning surgery, and when I returned at 9:00 the next morning this pharmacy told me my insurance had declined it. Kroger had all day to call and tell me there was a problem, but did nothing. I had no time, so I took my son to surgery with no pain meds. The pharmacist was so rude and uncaring and unwilling to help when my doctor and his nurse called, they cancelled it and I filled it elsewhere while on the way home from surgery.
