Kroger Pharmacy

Jason in the pharmacy is awful called to check on my refill on my prescription and was told by Jason I couldn’t pick my prescription till the 25th because he said I pick up my medication on the 26th of December. My bottle says I picked up on the 24th. Tried to ask why that is and he got upset with me and said he was done talking to me about it because he has work to do. He wouldn’t let me ask any questions to and hung up said he was done talking to me. Went to the store to try and find out why my bottle has a different date he once again said he won’t talk to me and said I can go get my prescription somewhere else if I want. This is an awful way to treat your customers Kroger should be ashamed of themselves. I will e looking for a new pharmacy sorry Kroger you just lost a loyal customer be

Normally, I have decent encounters at this pharmacy. I called the pharmacy a few days ago to ask about my son’s medicine that was sent in by his Neurologist at the beginning of December. A male (did not catch his name) told me the medicine was on back order due to a nationwide shortage. I asked him if I can call Walgreens and have the prescription sent over to them. He proceeded to tell me No, and stated it’s best I call the doctor and have them send another Rx to Walgreens. Mind you, this is not the first time this has happened and every time, they allowed the pharmacy to call them for transfer. I went to Walgreens today and gave them all the information. They called Kroger pharmacy and got the transfer. I’m over this pharmacy.

I have never been treated the way I was today by any pharmacy. I was unaware of the hour change at the Kroger pharmacy and I needed to pick up some medicine needed for this morning. The employee had an attitude from the minute she started waiting on me and then the pharmacy manager was even worse. Talk about poor management skills. He was one of the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered! I’ve been in retail management and I never have and never would treat one of my customers the way they treated me today! When I said I could just transfer my prescriptions back to Walgreens the associate said she thought that was a great idea! What has happened to our society? What is wrong with people?

Today’s experience was the last straw. I will be transferring my prescriptions. The lady who assisted me today was extremely rude. First she tells me I don’t have any prescriptions then proceeds to ask me what I want. When I tell her the prescriptions, she somehow sees them. Then tells me they won’t be ready til 4 hours later. This prescription was called in Monday! Plus the fact that they misspelled my name on my prescriptions. I’m completely done with Kroger pharmacy

I visited this pharmacy after leaving the hospital to pickup my prescription and the woman at window Jessica was 1 of the most rude people I've ever encountered. I'm not going to stop at just doing this review I'm going to contact the working manager and inform them of the unpleasant and unprofessional way I was handled. With society today I'm sure it was all recorded so some type of action should be taken swiftly.
