Kroger Pharmacy

Erin (the pharmacist) was very disrespectful and rude. I was on the phone with my doctor's office to confirm about another prescription. My turn came up and i moved forward to the desk and Erin said "get off the off". I can understand maybe she thought i was talking to a friend or a call that can wait but there is a better way to address an issue. What she said was very disappointing and unprofessional. I do not expect this kind of behavior from a "pharmacist". She seems like she hates what she does! It's so sad to see. I'm unhappy with my experience!

Would give them 0 stars if I could. I only use the pharmacy and it is terrible. I chose this location because I’m in a wheelchair and drive thru pick up makes my life much easier. Drive thru is almost never open and pharmacy is always understaffed. They send a text saying prescriptions are ready and I get here and they are on back order. This has happened several times. CVS across the street, I’m switching!

I have only lived here a few months, but I have always filled prescriptions at Kroger pharmacies. I will never ever go back to this one again. I couldn't hear the person in the drive thru because he was talking too quietly, so I decided to go inside. I was immediately met with hostility by another person because I came inside. He cut me off as I was explaining why I was confused to let me know he already went over my file. I got upset, because I didn't understand what was happening, and the person talking to me inside was immediately dismissive and defensive instead of helpful. When I started walking away, this person proceeded to yell across the store that I should probably call my doctor. I went to the Emergency room and the doctor prescribed me a cough syrup, My husband took it to this Kroger Pharmacy. When he went to pick up my prescription they only had 1/4 of it and they told my husband the rest would be ready Monday morning. My husband goes in on Monday afternoon and the pharmacist stated they still don't have the remainder of my medicine because someone deleted the shipment and it could be another couple of days. I asked if my script could be transferred to another store and they stated it could not since is was a controlled substance. So now I have to wait for my much needed medicine until they decide to give it to me. I Call several time to check if my husband prescription is ready. Most of the time call went straight to unavailable and finally they pick up one time and they put me on hold for 8 minutes. Never had this kinda problem with any other Kroger pharmacy besides these one. They need to improve their customer service.
