If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Dapaul, the pharmacy tech—has been consistently rude. Every time I’ve called, she’s sounded irritated, as if she can’t stand her job, and when you go in person, her attitude makes it clear she doesn’t want to be there. I had to call two days in a row, and each time her tone and demeanor were unacceptable. Yesterday, I asked to speak with the pharmacist, and she was pleasant. But today, after correcting Dapaul’s nasty tone on the phone, I again asked for the pharmacist, which I got SUE who stated she was also the Manager. When I began explaining the issues I’d had, Sue immediately dismissed it. She told me she’s worked for Kroger for 39 years and said she didn’t see anything wrong with Dapaul’s behavior or tone. Still doesn’t have medication in stock. In the past, when they didn’t have medication in stock, they would look at the stock other Kroger pharmacies had then send me in their direction. I called yesterday 01/03 at 12:15. Pharmacy tech said he can’t check any other store’s stock and that they never have. If you’re lazy just tell me you’re lazy. You don’t have to look dumb and lie.

Wish I could give zero Stars the only reason I go here is because I live across the road. I'm standing in line waiting for my prescription. Had been in line for about 10 minutes. When my turn comes I walk up to the desk and they close the gate right in front of me. They tell me it's lunch time. They could have told me that when they saw me standing in line waiting that they wouldn't have time to serve me and there was no one else behind me. But no they let me wait and then quite rudely closed the gate in my face.

I had multiple issues at this Kroger pharmacy location. They only gave me four out of the six medications my needed after surgery. Things got worse after that. There is a severe lack of communication and intelligence at this location. I will not be returning.

Terrible pharmacy now. Used this pharmacy for probably over 16 or 17 years. The last 5-6 years have been a nightmare. The pharmacists are constantly rude as hell. Most of the techs are decent people, but there are a few that are infuriating to deal with. Constantly screwed up my prescriptions, constantly caused problems and didn't make the calls they needed to. Had to deal with a pharmacist 3 times when trying to refill a medication because for the very first time in nearly 2 decades, I lost one of my prescription bottles and needed the refill, and the pharmacist kept being incredibly rude, telling me it's too early for a refill when my doctor literally okay'd it twice and eventually had to call them to argue with them over it.
